Walk-ins can only be accommodated on our open house day. Therefore, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure you get personalized attention and a relaxed, private shopping experience.

As this is a preloved store, all sales are final. We encourage you to take your time during your appointment to ensure you’re happy with your choices.
What’s your cancellation policy for paid appointments?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable. You’ll receive a confirmation and a reminder email or text after booking—please keep an eye out!
